• Inquiry: To initiate a custom order, please contact us via email or send a request with your ideas, specifications, and any reference materials.

• Consultation: We will discuss your requirements, including size, style, color scheme, and any other details. Based on this, we will provide a preliminary sketch or concept, if applicable.

• Quote & Timeline: After finalizing the details, we will provide a quote and estimated timeline for completion. Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50 % to begin the work

• Once the concept is approved, we will proceed with creating the artwork. Minor modifications can be made during the creation process. However, significant changes may incur additional charges and extend the delivery timeline.

• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the artwork. Full payment must be received before the final product is shipped.

• Custom orders are typically shipped within weeks after final approval and payment. Shipping times may vary depending on the complexity of the customization and destination.

• Custom orders are tailored to your specifications, and as such, they are non-refundable and non-returnable. We do not accept cancellations once the work has commenced. However, we strive for your satisfaction and will work with you to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

• Vikkaso retains the rights to all preliminary sketches and concepts, as well as the finished custom artwork, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to use images of the custom work for promotional purposes unless expressly requested otherwise.s.

• Any personal information or details shared during the customization process will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of creating your custom artwork.
